A reference you can read without an account

BankruptcyCanada.ca is an educational publication owned by Collabo. It is not a Licensed Insolvency Trustee or a case-intake service. You can read the articles without registering or submitting a debt history.

This notice concerns the publication. Official registries, trustees and other websites linked from it have their own information practices. Our public-records guide explains a separate topic: records in the Canadian insolvency system.

Information you choose to email

Use info@collabo.com for editorial correspondence and privacy@collabo.com for privacy questions or requests about information you have supplied. These are Collabo contacts, not professional assessment or appointment channels.

An email passes through email services and includes your address, the message and any attachments you choose to send. Limit the information to what is needed to explain the website issue. A source correction normally needs a page and a statement, not identity documents or financial records.

Questions about records and retention

Correspondence may be used to address the enquiry and retain an appropriate record of the issue. Technical and email records also depend on provider systems and applicable obligations. This notice does not promise a fixed retention period, immediate deletion from backups or a particular response time.

Contact the privacy address with questions about access, correction or deletion of information you sent. If the website’s functions or data handling change, this notice should be updated to describe the new arrangement. Before sharing information with an external service, read that service’s own notice.
